Yes, you can comfortably spend time in Hyta buildings both in summer and winter. To ensure the highest thermal insulation, you should choose the interior finishing package, which includes additional insulation in the external walls, and an additional package of triple-glazed joinery. The partitions of such a building meet the thermal insulation requirements for single-family buildings.

Yes, our buildings are very well insulated, so the heat losses are minimal. Moreover, in the configurator, there are additional options that include ecological installations such as underfloor heating or photovoltaic roof. We are constantly expanding the range of energy-efficient solutions to make Hyta use even more comfortable.

In Hyta, we use high-quality insulation materials with higher parameters than standard ones. As the main insulation, we use mineral wool, which is a natural material with the best insulation parameters. From the outside, we insulate the partition with wood wool boards, which in turn better accumulate heat, so the wall does not heat up so quickly in summer. Hyta are modular buildings, prefabricated at the plant in full, finished wall and roof panels. We use a wooden, frame structure combined with truss technology, which ensures high stiffness of the buildings. We use modern connectors for wood such as pressed spiked plates. Frame technology is high thermal insulation with a smaller thickness compared to a brick wall, because the structure constitutes a much smaller percentage of the wall cross-section.

We use natural materials of the highest quality such as larch facade boards or wooden window joinery. As the main insulation, we use mineral wool, which is a natural material with the best insulation parameters. From the outside, we insulate the partition with wood wool boards, which better accumulate heat, so the wall does not heat up in summer. The partition is open to diffusion and prevents condensation of water vapor in the wall. We erect the structure from certified C24 wood.

In our buildings, we use facade only from larch wood. It is a wood with very small annual increments, which makes it exceptionally durable and resistant to weather conditions. Hyta facade boards are produced especially for us. The facade profiles are cut from the highest quality wood, then in the production hall they are machine-painted from each side in one of the original and unique colors of Hyta. We use Italian impregnants based on oil and wax for this. Accurate impregnation on the construction site, especially after assembly, is very difficult to perform and depends on weather conditions. The installation of the facade on the production, on the other hand, allows for hidden installation and greater precision.

Larch is considered a self-preserving and weather-resistant species. The facade, if mounted in a location where the draft is not significantly limited, does not require re-impregnation. Larch ages nobly, turning gray.

The exact scope of the service depends on the distributor in a given country. Hyta was designed to be built to a comprehensive state with interior finishing in a minimum time. The scope of the comprehensive package is reflected by the configurator on the website of each model. 

At Hyta, we focus on maximum prefabrication, which takes 4 months. The level of prefabrication determines what elements the building is erected from on the plot. We bring finished wall panels, roof panels, and even a turnkey bathroom in ready-made elements to the construction site. Earlier construction in the factory means high quality of workmanship, because in comfortable conditions it is easier to achieve high precision. This is why the basic assembly takes only 3 days. 

Thanks to the maximum prefabrication, the basic assembly of the building takes only 3 days. In less than a week, we build the building to a developer’s standard, which is already fully finished from the outside. When choosing a comprehensive package, additional interior finishing takes about 2 weeks and depends on the size of the model and the options selected in the configurator.

The Dealer is responsible for the entire process of delivering and installing the prefabricated houses, from sales to warranty service. The main duties of the Dealer are: selling the prefabricated houses locally, customer service, preparing the foundations and other earthworks, obtaining the necessary permits and approvals for the construction, assembling the prefabricated buildings on site, finishing the interior of the prefabricated houses with the materials supplied by Hyta.

The main product we deliver is Hyta kit. It is a complete set for assembling the building with the highest level of prefabrication. We focus on the widest possible scope of work at the plant to minimize assembly time on the construction site. All houses are suitable for year-round use.

You will also receive graphic and factual material from Hyta to support your local marketing and sales efforts. Our buildings generally comply with the regulations for single-family buildings in the EU. However, not all of Europe has the same regulations, so some changes may be necessary. The core of the Hyta team consists of experienced designers, so it is not a problem for us to adapt the building to local standards. However, it is up to the dealer to provide the necessary information for us to adjust the project.
